I am not convinced by the intermittent fasting idea at first but when I looked into the details and see the health benefits as well, I see lots of potential in fasting rather than a normal diet could provide. This is a good overview. Everything is briefly explained including the different types of fasting. Very quick read! I like the freebie at the end of the book.
As people go into go into a lot of dieting, I see more substance in intermittent fasting. As an author, there are moments that I don’t intend to fast but because I’m writing for hours I tend to skip some meals. With the help of this book my fasting is more organized. The book has some useful tips that I can easily apply.Well put! I’m surprised to see a free bonus at the end of the book. Nice gift from the author.
The formula calls for 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating what you want. Sounds good to me. The author introduces a method of rhythmic ingesting and digestion to help with body detoxification and burning fat. Sounds good, now if I can implement. It is short but informative for me, which is great, as I want to know more about intermittent fasting. This booked has helped me understand some of the different kinds of fasting as I am a beginner at it.
If you can get past the spelling, grammatical errors, it has good information. All of these books are a variation of the same original, which I cannot find. I would never pay for this book. Get the information from Googling for free.
Intermittent fasting. Not convinced. I go to sleep every night and "fast" for several hours before I wake up and finally eat again. Pass on this one.
